I am so truly blessed to have fallen in love with the most amazing man I know, I'll admit I was not impressed with Timmo's wigga ways at the start and I was still enjoying my young single life... But with his big heart and ability to make me smile like crazy, he won me over. 

It wasn't long before out gorgeous daughter Aiva joined us and I wouldn't want it any other way. Nearly 3 years together now, Timmo and I still bicker but he is my best friend, an amazing Dad AND we plan to marry next year!

Our first dance song will be the first song that Timmo sang to me while we were dating:

don't forget your roots

I was born and raised in New Zealand and very much consider myself a kiwi girl, I absolutely love this country. Even though I haven't been to the Philippines YET I'm still so proud to be a Filipina and love everything about the culture. It's probably a bias opinion but I really do think Filipinos are some of the most beautiful people.

Shamcey Supsup was representing the Philippines at this years Miss Universe and came 3rd runner up. For the questions and answers portion she did so extremely well!


Fox: “Would you change your religious beliefs to marry the person you love? Why or why not? “


Supsup: ” If I had to change my religious beliefs, I will not marry the person that I love. Because the first person that I love is GOD who created me. And I have my faith and my principles. And these what makes me who I am. And if that person loves me, he should love my God too, Thank you.”

He still Loves Me

I have always believed in God. In 2006 I joined a youth camp that opened up my eyes and my heart and that's when I asked God into my life and formed a relationship with him.
However over the years I was kind of living a double life where I'd act a different way around certain people. I would just pray to God whenever it suited me and he was never first priority.


Around 2 months ago Timmo (my amazing soon to be hubby) told me we were going to Bible study. This came as a complete shock as he has NEVER shown a religious side to him and it came out of nowhere. 
Turns out it was probably the best thing that has happened to us. I can't explain how incredible it feels to properly have God back in my life and it has made such an impact on me. After our first session I had an "I'm so sorry I've been away so long!" type of feeling. I understand SO much more and continue to learn more about the Bible, sins and temptations and what life is really all about.


So with this amazing change in me I decided to create a blog to capture and share all the moments in my life.

This song is so relevant right now, I've known it for years and love the movie (The Fighting Temptations) but I never really understood what it meant until now. The first line itself "Took me a while, but I'm finally here..." is exactly how I feel. Enjoy! and God Bless xx
